On Thursday I lost my email connection.

After a couple of messages and a phone call, Friday saw a resurrection of service! Checked it all out again today, and its fine.

Thanks for your help - sorry for sounding like a complete dunce!  I get very confused with all this computer jargon!

I'm a business "max" customer and I've found the service via GreenISP to be good, often excellent, while the support when needed has been outstanding, just what one would hope for - if not expec t- from a green and ethical small business. My one disappointment is that GISP haven't adopted a higher profile on the leading UK DSL forums so that more potential customers can learn about what they're missing.

I owe you a big thank you.

How is it that a fairly easy chat with you appears to have solved my problem, while 90 minutes with my Hardware Supplier helpline was useless. I followed your instructions, and things now seem to work as they should. It took me a minute to work out how to reconfigure my email, but as you can see that's been done.

I recently experienced poor customer service from one of the larger ISPs. I have signed up with a very helpful, accessible eco-friendly ISP, who has good green credentials and who I believe is also cheaper than the majors for the same monthly offering. It occurred to me that if such a company cares about the planet, they are more likely to care about my e-mail/internet/broadband account too.
