For anyone under the illusion that Nuclar power is Cheap and Safe needs to read this, don’t beleive the Pro Nuclear Lobby and their spin, read this and make your own mind up, no matter how safe the actual Power Stations may become to operate, there is still an enourmous legacy left behind, both hazard and cost, this makes the Smart Grid mix or Renewables a “No Brainer” along with drives toward high effeciency consumtion technologies such as LED Lighting etc.
Not only that, as you can see, one of the main reason for Selafeild Nuclear Power station was so we could build more bombs, how lovely.
